We want you to love your Peach and Fox purchase! Please read our simple returns policy below: 

Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you can return it for a refund, replacement, or repair. 
• Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and details. 

Change of Mind 

• We do not accept returns or refunds for non-faulty goods (change of mind). 
• If you have any concerns, please reach out - we’re always happy to help if we can! 

Hygiene & Swimwear/Floaties 

• For hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear and floaties must be tried on or inspected without removing protective packaging or hygiene stickers. 
• Worn, used, or unsealed swimwear and floaties cannot be returned, unless faulty or not as described. 

How to Start a Return

• Email us at returns@peachandfox.com with your order number and details. 
• We’ll provide return instructions and support. 

Refunds 

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
